Which is difference between Chinese and European cuisines?
In everything!
For example in Chinese kitchen dessert is served before the main courses.
May be they are right, because when we eat dessert after the main courses as we used to do, this is not good for our health.
I think that dishes queue depends on our taste.
I do not mix different dishes, because the taste of the second course we nearly do not feel.
If you eat the second course after some time, it is like you eat it for the first time.
We live only once and should eat slowly in order to enjoy.
