Tomorrow will the best day in a week, I will not go for work and it is possible to spend all day on kitchen. I am going to buy the smallest tomatoes and to preserve them. It will be an excellent ornament for a table in winter.

I like to cheer you a little bit. Enough to write different recipes. I like to dream up – what I haven’t cooked and most likely I will not cook. For example I have never thought to take worms from fruit or vegetables and to prepare something from them. I like very much to prepare fish dishes, but never cooked from sea hedgehogs. Haven’t tried to stuff fruit with pork meat. May be I should try to decorate a dish from vegetables with wings of butterflies?:)

I just came back from bookshop. Wanted to buy a new Cookery book, it has a lot of recipes from a Chinese cuisine and good photos.
Only unfortunately haven’t bought, it’s too expensive.
Don’t know what to do. May be my friends will give me it on my birthday party or I will buy it.
Mashed Vegetables

As we know infants have their special menu and in hot summer they also do not want eat much. I cook mashed vegetables and my child likes it very much. It is very easy to cook. I usually take: carrot, peas, cabbage. Wash, peel, cut all these vegetables, after lower everything in boil water and stew. When the vegetables are nearly ready, add potatoes. And after 30-40 minutes the dinner for my baby is ready. I consider that its more healthy that the cans from the shops.

About the dish decoration – there are a lot of good books and photos in the Internet, only the main thing is yours imagination. Every dish, even simple spaghettis, can surprise everyone with its decoration.The smell of course is important, as well. In this case only your experience will help, as you know many smells simply cannot be mixed.

I am fond of cooking and everybody knows this. My friends like to come to my place, because they know i’ll treat them with something very delicious. Only nobody gave me as a present a cooking book and soon I have a birthday, and hope that this time somebody will give me the cooking book. I am going to master Chinese kitchen. Some months ago I visited China and I felt in love with this country, that is why I dream about the Chinese cooking book.
