Tomorrow will the best day in a week, I will not go for work and it is possible to spend all day on kitchen. I am going to buy the smallest tomatoes and to preserve them. It will be an excellent ornament for a table in winter.

Dairy Soup

The recipe of a simple dairy soup.
Fresh milk pour into a saucepan, add a few sugar. Sugar is necessary because with sugar milk do not stick to a bottom of saucepan, heat up and add vermicelli.
Lead up almost to boiling and then switch off the fire.
In some minutes soup is ready – a waiting time depends on a grade vermicelli.

I often see people on the street, some of them eat Snickers and fast food.
I don’t understand them. It is possible to take an apple and to eat not only tasty, but also and useful. Children like everything that is in bright package, but adults, I don’t understand them!

vegetarian

I do not understand people, for who main and favorite dish is from meat, for example for beef.
May be they were predators in antecedents – wolves or tigers.
It’s just a joke:)
Of course it is possible to prepare tasty meat, only rare.
Vegetables is quite another.
I like to cook from vegetables and fish. Only my friends tell that fish understand, when it is taken from water.
And is has the smell of fear. It can’t be compared with pig or cow, when it is going to be killed.
So the best food is vegetables!

new book

I just came back from bookshop. Wanted to buy a new Cookery book, it has a lot of recipes from a Chinese cuisine and good photos.
Only unfortunately haven’t bought, it’s too expensive.
Don’t know what to do. May be my friends will give me it on my birthday party or I will buy it.

meat and berries

Today is a cool weather and I decided to prepare meat for supper.
The main secret is that meat should be pickled in red currant juice.
Of course you can try your own variant, or mine.
Certainly is you have a desire and needed berries.
After the taste of meat will be gentle.

Fried vegetables

Last night I made fried vegetables. It seems to me, that vegetables are the best dishes in a heat.
I cut and fried pieces of cabbage, sweet pepper, vegetable marrow and onions. Only carrots haven’t used, I think that it would be rigid. Certainly it was possible to soak it before, but I had no time for this. Also I used mushrooms, not fresh, from last year, anyway was tasty. Also I have added a small spoon of vegetative house oil and salt. That’s it!

Tasty sauce

One more way to prepare sauce for fish.
Heat up a frying pan. Pour pineapple juice, pungent sauce, a little sugar and vinegar. As it starts to boil – we add small cut sweet pepper and tomatoes. Better the juicy. Also you can add cut onion. Again lead up to boiling. After add a little corn starch. Let it boil on slow fire until it will thicken. Pour fish and serve hot. It is tasty only hot.

Healthy Carrot Salad

Let’s speak about the healthy meal. I am going to have a carrot salad today. The receipt is very easy: grade carrot (the quantity depends on how many persons or your appetite), add salt and sour cream. You can use the olive oil, if don’t like sour cream. Anyway it seems not very tasty, but I am sure is healthy, especially for children.

I rarely cook something from beef in summer.
But sometimes I do – as now for example. This is a force-meat from beef and those greens, which we can find in the market.
And of course the dish should be decorated.
