Anyway I will not agree at his offer at once.

“Golden Age” for cooks.

It seems to me that in the future people will cook much less.
This will be pleasure only for very rich people.
Majority will buy ready food in special bags.
So now is a “Golden Age” for cooks and culinary specialists.

Groats.

Rise it is often used in a Chinese cuisine. Earlier I liked to cook from rise as well. But now – I often replace it with other groats. I thought – why? The answer haven’t found yet. Will be a trouble, if I dislike seafood or vegetables.

Hot weather.

Hot weather came back. My favorite place at home is a shower. I can have a rest from the kitchen for couple of days. Now it is harder to my refrigerator. Anyway life is good, while I am listening to the Beatles.

Differences.

Which is difference between Chinese and Italian cuisine? In everything!
I can easily name 10 reasons, why I like Chinese cuisine more.
It unites two cultures – the passion to art.
I have just communicated with Italian cook.

Dairy Soup

The recipe of a simple dairy soup.
Fresh milk pour into a saucepan, add a few sugar. Sugar is necessary because with sugar milk do not stick to a bottom of saucepan, heat up and add vermicelli.
Lead up almost to boiling and then switch off the fire.
In some minutes soup is ready – a waiting time depends on a grade vermicelli.

Questions

It is boring to live without something new, without new books, friends or recipes. Today I have thought up new questions for the game with my son. What is difference between clothes and sweets? For example: very few people looks what is inside of jeans, but what is inside of sweets wrappers? ๐Ÿ™‚ And what is difference between clothes and food? In meal everything is important – view, taste and smell. Which is difference between the good cook and the bad? Bad cook has bad dreams about the burnt cutlets, and good – seductive smells. This is my the adult point of view.

Difficult to find

I also haven’t cooked the well known Chinese dish from nests of swallows. It is an exotic of course, but I don’t know where I can buy all necessary products for that dish. The same problem as to buy a shark meat. In the future life I probably will live in Paris and will prepare everything.

Unusual recipes

I like to cheer you a little bit. Enough to write different recipes. I like to dream up – what I haven’t cooked and most likely I will not cook. For example I have never thought to take worms from fruit or vegetables and to prepare something from them. I like very much to prepare fish dishes, but never cooked from sea hedgehogs. Haven’t tried to stuff fruit with pork meat. May be I should try to decorate a dish from vegetables with wings of butterflies?:)

fast food

I often see people on the street, some of them eat Snickers and fast food.
I don’t understand them. It is possible to take an apple and to eat not only tasty, but also and useful. Children like everything that is in bright package, but adults, I don’t understand them!
